  • With the release of Sangam an other history was made in Pakistan. As Sangam was the first ever picture which was released in Pakistan completely in color format it was released on April 23, 1964. Prior to this some songs were included in color format in black and white films. Sangam was released on eve of Eid-el-Azha and film was produced from Dhaka, East Pakistan (Now Bangladesh) and it was directed by Zaheer Rehan.
  • Another special thing about this film is that it was released at Karachi, Dhaka and Lahore at the one day ie April 23, 1964.
  • The film was released in Rino, Paradize and Lighthouse cinema Karachi.
  • Film is  available Digital, DVD, VHS format.
